This notice explains how Claria FinTech LLP ("ClariaTech", "we") handles personal data you give us through this website. It covers this website only. Data processed for our customers through the ClariaTech platform is governed by our agreements with those customers.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, organisation, role, work email, phone number, loan book size range and anything you write in the message. When you book a call, the booking tool collects your name, email and chosen time.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to you, arrange calls and tell you about ClariaTech's services. We rely on the consent you give when you submit the form.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Form submissions and bookings are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets, Gmail and Google Calendar). Google processes this data on our behalf. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is earlier.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. To make a request, email privacy@clariatech.com.

Grievances

If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, contact our grievance officer at privacy@clariatech.com. We will respond within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
